We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your podcast production order. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will refund your payment in full if we have not started working on your order. However, if we have already started working on your order, we may not be able to provide a full refund.
We strive to deliver high-quality podcast production services to our customers. However, in the rare event that you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy that covers the following scenarios:
- Quality of Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our podcast production services, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction, we will provide a full refund.
- Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your podcast production services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our podcast production services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction, we will provide a full refund.
- All approval of returns is subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.
- In the event of cancellation for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy, Oorga Media LLP shall refund the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to place the order. Please note that it may take up to 15-21 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- The Customer will be bound by the Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy and shall not hold spooler / oorga media LLP (“Company”) liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.
